Feature Highlight: Access to content from any source
Content Station can search and download content from third-party repositories
In an era of vast amounts of information, it’s important to have an application that can tap into a variety of content repositories without requiring users to learn a dozen or more interfaces. Enter Content Station.
Single interface, multiple feeds
In version 6, Enterprise introduced a new concept: server plugins. These server plugins not only allowed customers and integrators to expand the functionality of the system, but also to provide access to other content repositories, directly from Content Station. Whether the remote system is a web page, news feed or digital asset management system, as long as it has an open API, Content Station can search and display the results within its own interface.
Importing content with drag and drop
Searching for content is only part of the equation when it comes to working with multiple content sources. An easy way to work with that content is also necessary. With Content Station, users can import images, articles, videos or any compatible source file by simply dragging and dropping into the necessary dossier. There’s no more need for importing all your content from a wire feed or digital asset management system when you will only use a fraction of the content for output. Bridging systems is a breeze with Content Station and Enterprise, and your users never need to learn multiple interfaces or ways of getting to content.
